  • Can you sign my print order to me?
    Yes! I am more than happy to personalise the print to the chosen name given in the customisation box. Be sure to check the signed option when ordering a print, and then fill it in with the correct name, and/or message you'd like me to write on the print to avoid disappointment!
  • What form of payments do you accept?
    Credit/Debit Card Payments Paypal
  • My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
    Please refer to the shipping & returns policy first, to make sure your order is out of the time guidelines allocated over. If it is still in the time guidelines allocated for your order. Please wait before making contact to resolve the situation, as it may still arrive in this time period. If however it has been past the time frame given, then please use the "Contact" page on the site to let us know that your parcel hasn't arrived, so we can look at solutions to resolve this issue for you.
  • I've pre-ordered something. Where is it?
    If you have pre-ordered an item, it will normally have an expected shipping date for it when placing the pre-order. Please take note of this factor, as the pre-order stages means the item doesn't exist yet, and needs to be created. If you are not willing to wait until the pre-order item is ready to be shipped. Please refrain from placing pre-orders to avoid disappointment.
  • What does OOAK mean?
    OOAK stands for one of a kind. It means there is only one of this item in existence, and it won't be mass produced. It also means that there is only one copy of this item, and once it is gone that is it.
  • Do you ship to the EU?
    Yes. I now offer EU shipping to majority of the countries located in the EU. Unfortunately, if you do not see your country at checkout this means is there is an issue with sending there from the UK. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please be aware that you will likely be charged for VAT and/or Custom charges and a handling fee before claiming your parcel when it arrived in your chosen EU country. This is frustrating as a small business, but there is nothing I can do to change this unfortunately. By purchasing you are acknowledging that you have understood this and will pay any fees that may occur when the package arrives at your destination.
  • Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes! I ship to as many possible countries as I can. Including America, Canada, Australia etc. Please note your order my be subject to additional handling and customs fees if you are ordering anything from outside of the UK. By placing an order here on my website, you are acknowledging that you understand this factor, and are willing to pay any charges occurred on your shipment when the order arrives with you at it's final destination.
