Shipping Policy

DISPATCH:

Items are normally dispatched within 10 WORKING DAYS (Mon - Fri) of placing your order after payment clearing. If for whatever reason there will be a significant delay in getting your order out to you, I will be sure to notify you via the email you supplied in your order, to make you aware of this.

DELIVERY:

UK Orders:

Allow 3-5 working days.

International Orders:

Allow 4- 6 weeks.
International packages (INCLUDING EU PACKAGES) may be subject to additional charges upon arrival into your country. Buyers are responsible for local duties, taxes and advancement fees at delivery in countries where applicable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are NOT ACCEPTED due to the personalisation of the order.

If there is significant damage to your item when it arrives with you. Photographic proof will need to be provided, before any kind of refund is issued. Small/Minor damage (e.g. slight creased corners of prints) does not qualify for any refund.
